WHEREAS: Unilateral lockdown orders, mask mandates, forced vaccinations and other abuses of executive power constitute government overreach; and,

WHEREAS: Lack of legislative oversight regarding executive orders undermines the electoral process and the will of the people; and,

WHEREAS: The abuse of these powers harms individuals, businesses, and the United States.

THEREFORE: Both Congress and our State Legislature should take immediate action to limit all overreach by the executive branch and unelected bureaucrats at the local, state, and federal levels of government.
