National Constitutional Carry Petition

WHEREAS: The right of the people to keep and bear arms is enshrined in the Constitution; and,

WHEREAS: Requiring law-abiding citizens to jump through bureaucratic hurdles like forms and fees inhibits, and infringes on that right; and,

WHEREAS: A majority of the states already allow law-abiding citizens to carry a firearm on their person without government interference or fees; and,

WHEREAS: Constitutional rights should be protected from infringement from states and local governments.

THEREFORE: I urge you as my elected officials to co-sponsor and vote for Thomas Massie's National Constitutional Carry Bill, H.R. 9534.
