Petition to Repeal the Kentucky Income Tax

WHEREAS: The liberal nature of income tax punishes hard work, success, and the ability to accumulate wealth; and

WHEREAS: Income taxes infringe on the right to personal and financial autonomy by compelling individuals to surrender a portion of their earnings to the state, without the consent of the taxpayer on how those funds are spent; and

WHEREAS: The existence of income tax enables the government to expand its influence and reach into every aspect of citizens' lives;

WHEREAS: Citizens of the Commonwealth, such as myself, believe it is time to end the tyrannical tax on the income of hard-working Kentuckians;

THEREFORE: As your constituent, I DEMAND you eliminate the Kentucky state income tax. American Action Fund will keep me informed of your actions.
